- A revolutionary solution sometimes derives from one person's idea. The person alone, however, cannot cast the idea to shape. At a R&D workplace, important factors to success are for the person to take on a challenge to materialize the idea, and for the organization to assist it. Our corporate culture, ever since its inception, has been to "respect people who challenge" and "appreciate the other people to support them". That is "collective elitism" of ALSI.
