Supporting design and technology information management
Supporting data management from design to a production process, based on 3D-CAD and CAE. For design data sharing and collaborations among different companies, we offer system implementing functions such as PDM, 3D conversion and transfer etc. to support an efficient design and production process.
Supporting inter-company logistics
We offer various modules per work in process and production lot number, which can be combined to trace variety of production shop data, and achieve paperless. Furthermore, in order to realize delivery on JIT (Just In Time) and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) basis for example, we offer a sample model system, for a quick implementation.
Maintenance and operations
Under the ISO27000 compliant security policy, we offer hosting and housing services by manned operations. Even after system development is completed, ALSI provides continued services at reasonable prices. In order for our clients to feel confident and assured, we are committed to respond properly with the well-prepared facilities and operations.
Developing and selling our original software
We develop our own creative software, incorporating our rich expertise and experiences. We offer variety of software to cope with detail requirements such as ECALGA (*1) compliant software, engineering data exchange software for product specifications and environmental engineering data, and JEITA (*2) /VMI utility software -virtually a mainstream product for supply chain management. All of such fine-tuned requirements cannot be met by other existing package software. We facilitate cost reductions and speed-up operations.
